When the buyer is interested in any items we posted on www.china-janz.com, you can buy them via:

 • Sending us an inquiry from the above websites on the items you are interested in and the quantity to be ordered

• Sending us an email on the items you are interested in and your requirements

• Chatting with us on MSN, QQ, Skype

• Calling us directly to ask for the assistance of sales representatives

Please kindly view the Contact Us page and the left corner of the homepage to obtain the contact details. Normally we will respond within 24 hours after receiving your inquiries and emails.

 2. How could I get samples?

In normally way, we can only supply some free samples to the old customers, if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS account No. or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. While in the first business, we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of the payment.

3. What is the minimum quantity in orders?

  It will depend on the product, we will adjust and do our best to meet your need.

Yes. If you could not find the products from our current products，we can be able to create your design as per your requests, the minimum order quantity is by mutual discussion.

7. What's your usual payment term for orders ?

Normally we accept “telegraphic transfer” ( T/T ) or L/C after order confirmation. If you have other payment term ,we will negotiate with you.

8. What are the freight transportation ways?

C.. Courier (UPS, FedEX, DHL, EMS, etc.)

9. Do you accept OEM & ODM projects?
